UNITED KINGDOM RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with any items in your order, you can return them within 14 days of receipt of your order. To receive a full refund, all returned items must be in a resaleable condition and returned new, unused and in the original packaging with all Aspiga garment tags and labels attached. Our digital portal offers hassle-free returns and easy exchanges, with no extra shipping charges for exchanges.
We now offer an option for pre-paid returns. Simply purchase a Royal Mail return label through our online returns portal. Either print out the return label or take the QR code to your Royal Mail post office to get it printed. Then post your parcel at your local Royal Mail post office.

If you wish, you may also process a return or exchange at any Aspiga store for free, within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please have your delivery note at hand or provide a member of staff with your order number in order for us to be able to process your request.
Christmas returns: Orders placed on or after 12th November qualify for our extended returns policy, which runs until 14th January.

If you are having difficulty accessing our portal, please send your parcel back to us from your local post office to Aspiga Returns c/o Torque, Wortley Moor Road, Wortley, Leeds, LS12 4JH and state in the notes section on your despatch note how you would like to proceed with your return. For an exchange please tell us which colour or size you would like to exchange for. The product must be the same style to exchange.
If you have lost your returns form, please include a note stating the items you are returning, your name, order number, contact details, the items you are returning and why, whether you would like a refund/exchange. If it’s an exchange you'd like then check the item is in stock then specify what colour/size you would like instead. Then simply send back to our returns address.
Regrettably, we do not offer free returns. Consequently any delivery and postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. Please get in touch if this is the case. For your peace of mind please make sure you ask for a stamped ‘Certificate of Posting’ to keep as a receipt, as we cannot take responsibility for items that for whatever reason fail to reach Aspiga HQ.
